It is the perfect accommodation for those looking for a quiet but central base to suit all tastes with wonderful sands and safe surfing in the bay itself. The scenic delights of Mumbles and the Gower Peninsular are within easy reach. With little mobile phone signal you won't be disturbed! Please note that this is a family site and is not suitable for partying groups such as Stag and Hen night breaks. The popular seaside resort of Mumbles is a short distance away as is the city of Swansea. Please note there is no phone line and mobile phone coverage is sparse - Vodavone gets better reception than O2. Wi-fi is all inclusive. The Wi-Fi was upgraded in July 2021 enabling you to stream from the 42 inch SMART TV (access to Netflix is included and catch up TV via APPS). Or you can stream from your own tablets/phones etc. Our latest speed test taken on the 14th November 2021 gives a download speed of 5.12 Mbps and upload of 8.76 Mbps. Bed linen, towels, t-towels all included . You will need to bring your own beach towels. Guests can arrive any time after 4pm on their arrival date and must vacate by 10am on departure day. Guest access You are booking the chalet so will have full use of it to yourselves. There isn't allocated parking but given our location on the site we have several parking bays within 20 feet which no one else seems to use (see photos). The grassed area in front of the chalet is also available for use. Other things to note The main bedroom has a double bed which is up against walls on three sides so can be difficult for a second person to get up as they have to climb over the first person. The second bedroom has bunk beds - the top bunk is not suitable for young children. On the bottom bunk it is difficult for an adult to sit up and read. You'll see that we don't have a Carbon Monoxide detector but there is no need for one as we have no gas or log fires. We do have a smoke detector installed.
