The space In the apartment there is a new built-in kitchen with oven, stove, fridge without freezer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle including all kitchen utensils. In the spacious living area there is a pull-out sofa bed, usable for 2 people, as well as a TV. Whether in the cozy reading corner or at sunset on the balcony, the apartments offer the opportunity to relax. For the travel wardrobe, you will find a built-in wardrobe in the bedroom. A special feature is the overnight accommodation in the attic, which can be reached via a room staircase. The safety of the guests up there is ensured by a fall protection, but the space-saving staircase up is not suitable for small guests, as it leads very steeply upwards. On the pitched roof area there is a guest couch, which is 1.40 m wide when unfolded and can therefore be used by 1-2 people (children). The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, daylight window and a large washbasin and is accessible via the bedroom. Towels, hairdryer, iron and duvet covers, cozy flannel sheets in the cold season and Wi-Fi are part of our basic equipment. There is a separate cabinet in the bathroom with cleaning and disinfecting agents, vacuum cleaners, brooms and other cleaning utensils. Guest access The garden, terrace and courtyard are used by all guests of the accommodation. Other things to note For toddlers, I can provide a travel cot with bed linen, a high chair and children's dishes. The attic is equipped with a fold-out guest bed and is very popular with children. Access is via a room staircase, which is relatively high. Therefore, the overnight stay there is only intended for older children or adolescents, because access via the stairs is too dangerous for smaller children. I also assure myself with your signature that the supervisors are obliged to supervise the entire stay of the minors in the area of the attic. Parking is possible in front of an in-house driveway (a parking space), in front of the house on the street or about 300 m away in a large, public, free parking lot.
