The space Casa Del Sol, situated with paranoramic views of Dutchmans 'Dutchies' Beach & Port Stephens, has everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable getaway. Upon entering the distinctive bright yellow door, you will be welcomed with glass sliding doors that open on to your horizon view of Dutchies Beach and Port Stephens. The sleeping arrangements means large groups can sleep in comfort. All bedrooms include built-in wardrobes. - The master bedroom, with bay views, contains 1 x queen size bed - A second upstairs bedroom contains 1 x double size bed - The first downstairs bedroom, with garden and bay views, and sliding door access to a small private balcony, contains 1 x queen sized bed and one single bed - The second downstairs bedroom contains a double bunk bed containing 1 x single (top) and 1 x double bed (bottom)and 2 x separate single sized beds perfect for children. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BEDS AND TOWELS (ONE TOWEL PER PERSON) ARE PREPARED AND PROVIDED FOR NUMBER OF GUESTS BOOKED THROUGH THE SYSTEM. The upstairs balcony will be the envy of your neighbours. Why not enjoy drinks on the balcony (newly-fitted with regulation glass balustrade for to allow you to enjoy the view in safety) and enjoy it on the outdoor setting. Watch the sunset over beautiful Port Stephens in the privacy of your spacious balcony. Prepare a meal with your family in the spacious open-planned kitchen, living and dining area, situated upstairs. The kitchen is equipped with the following: - Electric stove top - Dishwasher - Kettle/toaster/microwave/fridge - Basic utensils and cooking materials provided - Pantry with some supplies. The living room boasts a large leather couch and armchairs that can seat at least 6 people, as well as a dining table for 6. Enjoy the smart television with Netflix and other features. Downstairs in the kids room is another smart tv for Netflix etc. No tv reception downstairs but gold enough to keep the kids entertained. If that doesn't take your fancy, then the spectacular view certainly will! We have ducted air conditioning upstairs to the living, kitchen and the 2 bedrooms to keep you cool during the summer and warm during winter. There are two fully sized bathrooms with showers, toilets, and basins: one newly renovated upstairs bathroom, and one downstairs which includes a washing machine and dryer. N.B. No bathtub. There are 2 x concrete driveways for cars to park at the front of the property. On street parking is also available to accommodate further vehicles. We're positive that you will love Casa Del Sol as much as we do; it really is the a perfect family getaway. As it is a beach house sand is inevitable but we do our best to ensure the house maintains high standards through professional cleans between each group. We urge all guests to keep an eye on all children in the property to ensure safety and to ensure that all guests have an enjoyable stay. Guest access We want to ensure that you have a lovely stay. If there is anything that comes to your attention during your stay, please advise us immediately and we will have it rectified by our local team. Please note that as it is a beach house sand is inevitable but we do our best to ensure we maintain high standards through professional cleans between each group. We will endeavour to go out of our way to ensure our high standards are maintained. Please take precautions when using the spiral staircase located in the living room. There is a childproof gate permanently attached to the top of the stairs — please make sure you use this the safety gate at all times if there are children present. Please also supervise any children around any stairs. Other things to note Please note to get to the 2 bedrooms downstairs you must use the windy stairs. Easy for most but some may find it difficult (ie elderly with bad joints). To ensure that the bins are empty for each tenant, we ask that each guest move the rubbish bin approximately 5-10 meters from the rubbish area to the curb for collection at the end of their stay.
