It is located in the beautiful, quiet, and relaxing village of Orahovac, between the towns of Kotor and Perast. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, freezer, and washing machine. It also has air conditioning in every room, TV (including Netflix), and Wi-Fi. There is a lovely terrace with a stunning view of Boka Bay. There is free parking in front of the premises. Bedroom 1: This bedroom is a haven of tranquility. The spacious double bed with a hand-carved wooden headboard gives the room a special charm. The floor-to-ceiling window provides a fantastic view of the bay and the surrounding mountains. A large built-in wardrobe offers ample storage space, so you’ll feel at home from the moment you arrive. Here, you’re guaranteed to have restful nights. Bedroom 2: The second bedroom is perfect for children, siblings, or friends. It features two stylish single beds, each with a hand-crafted, oriental-inspired headboard that makes the room a real eye-catcher. A small balcony offers views of the mountain surrounding the apartment and the adjacent forest. A spacious built-in wardrobe provides plenty of storage, while an elegant console and mirror add a special touch to the room. Bathroom: The bathroom combines natural elegance with a touch of luxury. The wash area features a stylish stone basin atop a warm wooden countertop, complemented by an intricately decorated mirror. The walk-in shower and walls in natural tones create a calming and inviting atmosphere – the perfect place to relax after an eventful day. Balcony: The balcony is the absolute highlight of the apartment. With a large wooden table, comfortable chairs, and a retractable sunshade, it invites you to enjoy relaxing hours outdoors. Using the stylish dishes, cutlery, and elegant glasses provided in the apartment, you can set the table beautifully and enjoy luxurious moments – whether it’s a sunny breakfast or a romantic dinner at sunset. Communal Pool: The spacious communal pool is another highlight of the complex. With its three different depth zones, it’s perfect for both adults and children. Surrounded by Mediterranean plants and the impressive panorama of the surrounding mountains, the pool offers a place of peace and relaxation. The pool is filled from early June to the end of September. Use is not guaranteed outside of these months. Omportant Notes: The apartment complex is built on a hillside. From the parking area to the apartment and pool, stairs are required. Guests should be comfortable with stairs and moderate walking. Guest access You are welcome to use the shared parking area free of charge – there is always plenty of space for your vehicle. All pathways within the property are open to all guests. Private areas are clearly marked by fences or gates, making them easy to recognize. The large communal pool, equipped with comfortable loungers, sun umbrellas, and tables, invites you to relax and sunbathe – a perfect spot to enjoy warm days. For our little guests, there is also a lovingly designed playground, perfect for playing and having fun. Your apartment features two exclusive outdoor spaces: a balcony at the front and a terrace at the back, both available solely for your use. These are perfect spots to relax, enjoy the fresh air, or unwind after a day of activities. Our property is located at the end of the road and borders a beautiful forest. This area, with its small trails, is ideal for walks, hikes, and little adventures – perfect for nature lovers and explorers.
