The space The villa locates within a newly developed 5star project only about 300meter from the beachfront (that is--- on the same side of Petchakasem Road). The location is on Petchkasem Road between Cha am and Hua Hin near Springfield Resort. There is 24hr security in the area, a 50meter swimming pool, a fully equipped fitness room, sauna rooms in the clubhouse which locates only a few steps from the villa. Free WiFi also available in club house area. There are 2 bicycles that guests can use to ride to the beach or if you prefer a golf cart, you can ask someone from the front office to drive you to the beach which is only a few hundred meters away. The Villa is fully furnished with high quality furniture and appliances such as a 42inch LCD TV with local cable box. Food can be ordered by phone and delivery to the villa in about 20-40minutes. Phone number provided in the villa. Actually you can easily explore many food venders on the beach accessible both on foot and by car or bicycle. Maid and Laundry service can be arranged with extra cost for long term rent. *Additional charge after the fourth guest $15/person/night.
