You've landed at the right place if you are looking for a quiet, relaxed, homely, and peaceful stay. A neat and smartly appointed first-floor flat of our family house is available for guests. Nestled amidst apple orchards, the house is comfortably isolated from any other houses and all you can hear is the soothing roar of the vaguely distant Beas. The house is situated right between Kullu & Manali (17Km apart) in one of the widest parts of Kullu Valley. You'll love the quiet atmosphere here. The space Neat, spacious and smartly appointed first-floor flat of our family house is available for guests. The flat is accessed via a private enclosed stairwell with its own outside entrance separate from the ground-floor living areas, where we stay. It has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, along with a kitchen and hall with dining area. The three carpeted bedrooms have ceiling fans, wardrobes, double beds, tables, and wooden chairs. Two of the bedrooms have balconies looking out from opposite directions onto fruit trees and hilly verdure. The main hall opens up to a huge balcony with a majestic view of the valley and River Beas. The kitchen has a gas stove, mixer, fridge, microwave, cooker, gyser, water purifier, pots/implements, and containers/cabinets/racks. Solar and electric geysers supply hot water. Top-load washing machine is also available. Above the flat is a rooftop with remarkable views all around. Guests are requested to carry their luggage themselves to the first floor as there isn’t any helper available to do the luggage lifting. Guest access Exclusive access to the entire first floor of the apartment. Other things to note 1. The house is well connected by a motorable road. 2. You will need to climb stairs to reach the first floor. 3. Please keep the apartment clean and tidy just as you would your home. 4. Kindly note during your stay if you maintain house by yourself that would be highly appreciated but if you want cleaning etc to be done by maid, that'll be on extra payment basis. 5. We aren't currently serving food to guests. 6. You can cook as you wish in the provided kitchen space. You need to get groceries, rest stove, microwave, fridge, pots, pans etc. are available. 7. An Indian restaurant is at a distance of 300m which can deliver food. A nearby fast-food joint also delivers. Also many eateries are available nearby. 8. We also provide references for local sightseeing, cabs, paragliding, river rafting, and other adventure activities. 9. Heater can be provided at a nominal daily charge. 10. If you bring your own heater, electricity charges will be applicable. 12. Please respect that it is someone's home, and not an alternative to a budget hotel. 13. Heating might not be adequate due to low voltage in peak winters - it is not in our control. Please plan and pack accordingly.
