A centrally located, bright studio apartment on the third floor of a renovated historic building, right in the heart of Málaga and a 15-minute walk from the beach. This studio features a bed of 150 cm x 190 cm, fully equipped kitchenette, Wifi, Air conditioning of cold and heat, a bathroom and large windows outside. The space The building has an elevator, free WiFi, a common terrace in the penthouse, and an interior patio. The studio is equipped with air conditioning, ironing facilities, a flat-screen LED TV, and a hairdryer. In addition, the kitchen has an induction stove and a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. Guest access There is a terrace in the building's attic with an area to relax, smoke and where the washing machines are located. Other things to note Because we are in the city center and there is a large exterior window in the apartment, there may be street noise at night, especially on weekends. We welcome our guests personally. However, check-in after 6:00 pm will be done by leaving the keys in a safe place.
