Quiet and peaceful seaside getaway

My place is close to an ancient Thracian town just down the road which is now an outdoor museum. As well as 10min walk to the town center. Close to the Beach. The town is perfect for getting around the black sea coast. It is situated on top of a hill with a beautiful view. Air is very clean. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Sounds of birds during the day and crickets at night, lots of stars. Luckily no roosters too close. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. The space It is located in a very peaceful and safe neighborhood. Fresh garden produce can be found among the local villagers and is very close to the town center. Guest access The property is a separate living room and kitchen area, bedroom and bathroom. Guests have access to the swimming pool and parking. During your stay The landlord lives in a close but separate house. She is a licensed tour guider and available for any trip ideas and can help with any questions about local interests. Other things to note The property is not on the beach itself but overlooking the valley/mountains. The beach is very close but you have the added bonus of cleaner air.
