Charming mill in Burgundy – near Vezelay

Located on the banks of the river, on a charming 1.5 ha property, our mill is an ideal place to spend wonderful moments with friends and family. Ideally located to explore Burgundy (18 km Vézelay), stroll along the Nivernais canal, swim at the foot of the mill, go canoeing, cycling... the possibilities are endless. The Mill has 16 beds (in 2 houses: the Mill and a cottage). The space - A large living room with exposed beams and a very large fireplace. - A large dining room with piano - Fully equipped kitchen with old-fashioned charm... - 7 large bedrooms with 2 or 3 beds and sinks (5 bedrooms in the large house and 2 others in a cottage opposite the courtyard). - 1 baby seat in the kitchen. - 3 bathrooms (one with bathtub, the other 2 with shower). One of them is brand new with beautiful cement tiles. - Huge garden, with a shelter to eat outside in hot or cool weather. - A large courtyard to play pétanque. - Ping pong table and boat in the barn. - Plancha at your disposal - Swimming in the river Guest access A key box has been installed to give you great check-in and check-out flexibility! We provide you with sheets but not towels. Remember to bring them back. Other things to note The Mill is located by the river. Access to the water remains your sole responsibility but the baths are divine!! You will find all the shops in Coulanges (4 km): small bakery, delicious butcher shop and small supermarket. The bread is better at the bakery in Chatel-Censoir, 7 km away. You are 200 meters from the Nivernais canal (superb bike ride), a few km from the vineyards of Vezelay, the charming market of Clamecy open on Saturday mornings (medieval town), the Perthuis Stone Bridge, the charming villages of Saint-Père, Chatel-Censoir, Bazoches...
