This cosy and relaxing house is located in a small village in the Allier (03, Auvergne Rhône-Alpes). You will find a bakery, a mini-market, a bar-tabac, a pharmacy, a hotel-restaurant, a local products shop and a brocante. The village borders the Allier River – ideal for canoeing or fishing – and the house is situated on the GR3, the Way of St. James (Camino de Santiago). No wifi or television, but peace, relaxation and board games to enjoy life in a different way. The space Our cosy and relaxing village house is ideal for a stay with family, friends, or for work. With three comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming living room, and a small enclosed garden, you’ll find everything you need to unwind after a day of exploring or working. The village offers all amenities (bakery, mini-market, pharmacy, hotel-restaurant, bar-tabac, local products shop, and a brocante), several marked hiking trails, and the Allier River within walking distance for fishing or canoeing. Located 30 minutes from Moulins and Nevers, and only 20 minutes from the Magny-Cours circuit, our house is an ideal base to discover the region and enjoy the peace of the Bourbonnais and Burgundy countryside. Upstairs: Bedroom 1: double bed (140x200 cm) Bedroom 2: two single beds (80x190 cm) Bedroom 3: double sofa bed (80x200 cm, unfolded 160x200 cm) Bathroom: shower, sink, WC Ground floor: Living room with dining area Kitchen WC The living room offers various board games (including Monopoly and Risk), books (EN / FR / NL), and a good stereo system (bring your own CDs and/or USB stick). The kitchen is fully equipped with a large dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, electric hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, citrus press, and of course crockery and kitchen utensils. Outside, you’ll find a Weber charcoal barbecue (charcoal to be brought or bought at the local supermarket) with the necessary utensils. A small car (type Twingo) can be parked in the enclosed garden. Coming by motorbike or bicycle? They can easily be stored in one of the outbuildings, safe and sheltered. The house is fully suited for 5 people. Please note, however, that there is only one bathroom with a single water heater. Guest access The house is fully private for you and your group.
