1 - City Center Cozy 1 BR Flat

It's a newly furnished 1+1, located in a neighborhood where families and students live. It's very central considering public transportation. The building that the flats reside, is a very new one, built in 2019. The flats are furnished, equipped and opened to AirBnb in January 2020. The whole building is in our AirBnb list, so the flats may be rented individually or by larger groups of guests. For more about the area, and the public transportation options, please read those sections, below. Guest access It's the entire private flat. It is NOT a shared room or it is NOT shared flat Other things to note It's the entire flat with its private entrance from the stairs of the building. So, it is not a shared room or it is not shared flat. On the building there are 5 floors and in each floor there is an AirBnb flat that we host our guests. About accessibility : There are a few steps to enter the building from the street. This flat is on the entrance floor, so there are no stairs to reach the entrance of the flat's door once you enter the building. In the flat there is no steps or stairs between the rooms. There is a double bedroom for 2 guests. And an double air mattress for the 3rd and 4th guests. - We have a strict no smoking policy indoors. Please, do not smoke inside. It's possible to smoke in the patio/courtyard. We do not want to discriminate smokers, but the damage or the smell caused by smoking will disturb the guests that will be staying. - And BBQ or any kind, and any other flame from charcoal or wood ( or any other substance) in the terrace or courtyard ( or all open and closed areas ) is also a restriction. - And strictly no loud music, or loud parties or events, please. - For long term stays, paid cleaning service can be provided, upon request.
