A large 2.5 room apartment in a traditional swiss chalet looking at stunning views of the mountains. The space This apartment is very well situated in the charming village of saasfee. Beautiful view from windows and 2 large balconies. One 16m2 bedroom with 2 single beds and adult size bunkbed. The living/kitchen/dining room with a corner sofa bed and flat screen TV. Bathroom has a shower unit. This apartment has a small lobby with apartment 1 and so it is possible for a larger group to book apartment 1 and 2 and make it into one large apartment which can sleep up to 10. Guest access There is a main front door to the chalet. Apartment 2 is on the first floor and shares a small lobby with apartment 1. This makes it possible for larger families to make one larger apartment by closing the door of the small lobby and using apartments 1 and 2 Other things to note Tourists taxes will be collected on arrival. In Summer (1 May - 31 October): Daily charge of 11.63 CHF for adults and 5.85 CHF for children (6-15 years old). In Winter (1 November - 30 April): Daily charge of 8.10 CHF for adults and 4.10 CHF for children (6-15 years old). The Saas-Fee Saastal card will be emailed once the taxes have been paid. This gives many benefits in the village. Saas-Fee is eco friendly and requires guests to recycle their rubbish in the designated areas. One area is close to the car park and you can dispose of glass, plastics, tins and paper. Also special rubbish bags must be used which can be bought at the tills of every supermarket. We provide the first bag at a cost of 5Chf. Payable on arrival with the tourist taxes. The general rubbish is collected on a Tuesday and Friday. You can leave the bags next to the chalet on the street. At other times it is possible to put the orange rubbish bags in a designated rubbish hut near the chalet. The tv is a smart tv and streams via WiFi your favourite programmes like Netflix, Disney plus, Amazon prime….. An excess fee of 50CHF is charged to make re-payments of any nature.
