It's in close proximity to Royal Park parklands, Melbourne Zoo, Rathdowne Village, Lygon Street and the famous Queen Victoria market. Guest access You will have full access to the apartment during your stay. The apartment comes with a comfortable QUEEN bed, mirrored built in wardrobe, reverse cycle air conditioning/heating & gated undercover parking. Other features: - modern kitchen for basic cooking with microwave, gas stove, oven, small toaster, kettle & dishwasher - washing machine & drying rack, iron & ironing board for your laundry need - flat TV, free NBN WIFI, wireless printer - Linen & towels provided - a spacious front courtyard - Security camera at front door Parking: Gated and covered car park available for ONE car only, maximum height restriction 2.1m (Money will be taken off your security deposit if garage remote and key fob is lost or damaged) If parking in the garage, please make sure you have got insurance cover and never leave item visible in sight in the car. Even though the garage is gated and supposed to be secured, it’s no longer 100% safe with increased car theft crimes. We did have one guest who got their car broken into when parked at the apartment garage. Car park space is available but park at your own risk. Other things to note - No smoking - Basic cooking only # Cigarettes smoke or oily/smoky cooking may trigger the central fire detector. If the fire brigade has been activated due to the false alarm, guests will need to pay for any amount charged. - No overnight visitors - No parties # We expect the number of guests staying to be as informed during booking. No extra guests/overnight visitors allowed. - Be considerate to the neighbours
