Beautiful apartment recently renovated in the small village of Riva Trigoso, a charming hamlet of Sestri Levante five minutes by car from the center of the Ligurian town, for a stay dedicated to relaxation and pleasant moments just a few minutes walk from the sea. Ideal starting point for visiting the most famous places on the Riviera such as Portofino and Santa Margherita Ligure, Moneglia, Levanto up to the Cinque Terre reachable in about an hour's drive. The space The apartment located on the first floor of a building with a lift, thanks also to the recent restyling, has a welcoming and fresh atmosphere that you will notice immediately upon entering the living area with which the house opens. Here you will find on one side a double sofa bed, smart TV with the possibility of accessing On Demand services if you have a subscription and a dining table. The other part of the room is occupied by a large and well-stocked kitchen, where you will find everything you need to prepare and consume your meals. In fact, in addition to pots, pans and dishes, there is a fridge and freezer, hob, electric oven and microwave oven. Proceeding towards the corridor you will find the bathroom, with sanitary ware and a comfortable shower. There is also a washing machine that can be used for laundry during the stay. The apartment has 6 beds in total: there is a double bedroom with a second TV and a wardrobe to store your personal effects and a second bedroom with two single beds equipped with a second wardrobe. Both bedrooms, as well as the kitchen, are very bright thanks to French windows in all three rooms that open onto small loggia balconies. Bed linen and towels are provided by us for the number of people in the reservation, and are included in the price. The house has a free WIFI service. The accommodation does not have a private parking lot, so you will need to use the public parking lots nearby. Pets are accepted with a supplement. For waste there are private bins under the house that can be used with a card that will be given to you at check in. Guest access You will have access to all the spaces of the apartment, which is rented entirely, without any shared areas with other people inside.
