The space A newly renovated period house near Sandwich and beaches. The house lends itself perfectly to both small and large groups. The house can sleep 9 guests with an occasional bed to sleep 10. Kitchen/Entertaining Space The Kitchen is fabulous and the ultimate space for entertaining or hire your own Chef. The kitchen is fully equipped with two ovens, induction hob, microwave, two dishwashers, two fridges and a freezer and Nespresso Coffee Machine. The 'Loaf' dining table seats 10 people comfortably. There is a Bose speaker and a double sided wood fired stove in the kitchen, second woodburner in the sitting room and third woodburner in the snug, perfect for cosy autumn and winter evenings. Brides The house provides an exceptional space for brides and their families with plenty of space for the bridal group, a huge brand new master bedroom, 2 new bathrooms and beautiful cottage gardens for photos. There is also plenty of parking. In the area Should you manage to leave during your stay! There is so much to do in the area. Numerous golf courses, beaches, walking, cycling. Sandwich Bay is 5 minutes from the house and always remains quiet. Sandwich Bay is a private beach and there is toll charge of £8 to enter and park for the day. Most of our guests take a picnic or pick up fish and chips from the quay in Sandwich. Broadstairs, Deal and Kingsdown beaches are all 20 mins away and Whitstable 40 mins drive. Kingsdown is worth visiting as there is a lovely pub right on the beach (it does get busy - go early to secure your table outside. Guest access Exclusive use of house, self-catering for guests in 4 bedrooms and two additional single beds can be made available. The house is most suitable for 8-9 guests however with the additional single bed 10 can be accommodated. Please be respectful of our one neighbour and we ask no loud noise after 11pm. Please ensure dog barking is kept to a minimum and that you clear up after your pets and disgard any mess. Other things to note The house and both front a d back gardens are for the entire use of the guests. Stable yard and woodland area access not allowed. Cleaning fee will be requested as extra services and is not included in the main price. £175
