A beautifully appointed, up-market, 2-bedroom & 2-bathroom apartment. Located on the sought-after Green Point strip, it doesn't get more central and convenient than this. Includes swimming pool, gym, and 24-hour security. Urban living at its best. The space The apartment is modern and comfortable, offering the ideal place to relax in an up-market setting. It receives a lot of natural light and has views of the sea, mountain, V&A Waterfront, and the World Cup Stadium. The first bedroom is en suite (bath+shower) with a newly renovated bathroom, with a king-size bed and direct access to a large balcony. This bedroom also has AC. The second bedroom has separate access to a full bathroom (bath+shower), with a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a blender, Nespresso machine and french press. The apartment is large and can comfortably accommodate 4 guests; however, it is not suitable for younger children due to the open balcony. Cleaning and laundry is included once a week by a lovely trustworthy cleaner. You are welcome to leave her a tip should you feel to. Guest access You'll have access to the entire apartment, as well as the building's shared swimming pool and gym facilities. You'll have 2 off-street, secure parking spaces in the underground garage for your exclusive use. Other things to note In an effort to be transparent and clear with all potential guests: If you're after silence and tranquility, then this may not be the ideal space for you. The sounds of the city do indeed filter up to the apartment when the windows and doors are open. That said, the apartment's location is definitely one of its highlights – everything you could possibly need is right on your doorstep within walking distance. So if you're suited to the urban atmosphere then you'll love my apartment and its location! Please note I'm not usually able to accommodate last-minute booking requests less than 1 week in advance of check-in. But feel free to ask anyway.
