This place is 1 tricyle ride to SM, Gaisano and Robinsons mall. The place is also close to government offices. There is a grocery store just outside the subdivision so you can get anything that you need with a 2-3 minute walk. Laundry shop is also within the subdivision you can just drop-off and pick-up laundry. Good for business stays. Wifi available. Fan room only. You may book the entire house. We can accommodate a family or group of upto 6 pax. The space This is a 3 bedroom unit. 2 rooms are rented via Airbnb. Bathroom, kitchen and living room will be shared with others. There is parking available for each guest inside the compound. Guest access Can use kitchen to cook. Laundry pickup or drop off within the same block.
