"The villas of the island of Aix" are composed of 3 accommodations that can accommodate 20 people. This large "Eole" house, accommodating up to 12 people, independent, bright and luxurious, 120 m2, has a very large living room (TV, DVD, Hi-Fi), 4 bedrooms including 2 master suites, 3 bathrooms, allowing 2 or 3 families to enjoy this house, fully restored in spring 2017. Outside, garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs are at your disposal. The space Rated 4 STARS by the Ministry of Tourism in 2018, EOLE has a fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, Nespresso, coffee maker, kettle, etc.) to complete this set. You will also find everything you need for small children (baby bed, high chair, booster seat, small bathtub). The double beds are all 160 cm. One bedroom has two single beds that can be made into a double bed. Sheets and towels are provided. The beds are made on arrival. Cleaning is also included in the rental price. PETS NOT ALLOWED Guest access Check-in/Check-out on Saturday Other things to note This villa Eole can also be rented with the villas Zephyr (6 pers.) and Noroit (2 pers.) allowing groups, clubs, several families (7 bedrooms in total for 20 people, 5 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, etc.) to fully enjoy the magic of Ile d'Aix. The three being in the same place, totally independent, each with their own terraces and access. They are managed by the same owner.
