Unrefurbished hotel room - instant book

We have 4 Airbnb rooms all with use of a kitchen with combi microwave and a fridge. All rooms have tvs, ensuite/ shower and there is ample free on street parking. Padiham is minutes off the motorway, with Preston, Manchester , Yorkshire and the Lake District all within 1 hr. *Please note we are also a hotel, Hotel services such as private parking,maid service and use of our public lounge/ outdoor areas are not included in the low cost Airbnb rate but we can be added for an extra charge. The space Built in 1841 this building is a great place to stay. We have a few rooms which are allocated on the day. They are either on the second floor (stairs accessible no lift ) or ground floor with internal window and dyson fan. Guest access Use of kitchen with combi microwave is available, Please tell me a little bit of information about the reason for your visit so I can make your stay as good as possible. During your stay I live downstairs and Manchester so you will see me around but you can always text me or call me as it’s only me that deals with Airbnb not the hotel staff. Other things to note We have a dog that lives on site she is a friendly sprocker spaniel
