Apartment, part of renovated old mansion the small one 42 sqm ,with private entrance passing through a common courtyard,with private balcony,offers a comfortable stay.We are 150 meters from the Port of Paroikia, at the beginning of the Traditional Settlement.We are next to , restaurants, bars, banks ,and all shops.We are 10 minutes by feet from the nearest beach and 100 meters from the harbor,from where you can take the boats that will take you to the majestic beaches of Krios and Marcello. The space The apartment is part of an old 16th century mansion, fully renovated. It has a spacious balcony with a view of the harbor. It has two separate bedrooms, one with air conditioning and the other with a ceiling fan, a bathroom and an electric kitchen without an oven but with a microwave. Guest access The area from the stairs and above belongs exclusively to the guests. Other things to note The main bedroom has 2 double windows and is totally sounds proof.The smaller bedrom has ceiling fan.
