Charming 70 m² cottage renovated in a country spirit, ideal for 2 to 4 people. High ceilings, exposed beams, wood stove, private terrace overlooking the pond and frogs. Cool in summer, warm in winter. Access to the pool, garden and shared games. The space 🛏️ The accommodation - 1 bedroom (bed 160 cm) with large dressing room - 1 sofa bed (140 cm) in the living room (standard comfort) - Bathroom accessible through the bedroom - Equipped kitchen: induction, oven, dishwasher - Dining area in the living room - Wood-burning stove + fan - Shutters to all windows 🌿 Outside Private terrace with picnic table and barbecue Direct view of the pond (unfenced) Access to 3,500 m² shared garden, swimming pool, ping pong, swing 🐾 Animals Welcome on request Land mostly fenced but with some natural areas not enclosed ℹ️ Things to know - No Wi-Fi or TV, but excellent mobile network - Room a little dark but cool even in hot weather - During the mating season (February to May) frogs sing the serenade with all their hearts! While this has charm for some, it may displease others. ⚠️ 🐜 Attention, in summer it happens that with the heat our friends the Insects visit the houses to look for coolness or food! It can therefore happen that there are ants or Ophones: harmless garden insects feeding on plants that appear at nightfall. Quiet atmosphere, nature, perfect for unwinding! Other things to note We prefer to specify that you are in the countryside, in case you are not used to it. We can't guarantee the comfort of a sanitized city hotel, but rather a mix of warm, modern and rustic :) Instead of the pollution and graying walls of the city you will find insects, rodents, rabbits and even deer if you are lucky. You will have beautiful sunrises and sunsets (depending on the weather). We are at an altitude of 250 m so the wind is not too present but it can happen that it blows, especially in stormy weather. Sometimes we have power outages, but it usually recovers instantly. No TV or microwave, no Wi-Fi. The property and outdoor amenities are shared, including the pool. NB: During the Jazz Festival, this year from July 22 to August 6, the property will be less quiet because we rent for short periods. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
