Out front, there is a large patio with ocean views, a built in BBQ and a large dining table with seating for 6. Come enjoy this cozy Mission Beach home. 2-car garage, full size washer/dryer. If you decide to venture out, you can get to most major San Diego attractions such as Old Town, Sea World, and the Zoo within a 15 minute drive. There is multiple bus routes that run along Mission Boulevard. Pacific Beach is also a hot spot for Uber & Lyft! During our summer peak season there is a 7-night minimum stay renting from Saturday to Saturday. This very clean private home offers a 2-car garage with remote opener and a full size washer/dryer. Please take the garage dimensions into consideration when booking. San Diego Sunset does not guarantee your vehicle will be able to fit in the parking space provided, nor are we able to provide additional parking if the assigned parking is too small.
