The apartment is located in a medieval building famous and known as the House of the Doll which was totally requalified recently - has LIFT. It shows the most modern design and provides the most exigent comfort. The apartment is fully equipped. The space PORTO RIBEIRA MOMENTS apartment is unique for its unusual, post-modern, cosy and comfortable interior architecture. Porto Ribeira Moments is an open space apartment. It is not allowed to exceed the established capacity of guests: 4 people, maximum of 5, with an additional cost of 35,00€ night/person. One double bed, one double sofa bed and one single sofa bed (bed linen, pillow and duvet). One travel cot for children up to 3 years old (bed linen, pillow and duvet), baby bath and pushchair for children. Bathroom with shower tray, hair dryer, first aid kit, essential hygiene products (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and liquid hand soap) and towels (one bath and one face towel per person). Dining table and six chairs. Kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, mini-oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher (1 capsule), espresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and coffee maker. Dinnerware, tea and coffee cups, cutlery, glasses, pots, etc. Washing machine (1 capsule) and tumble dryer, burner board and iron. Electric heating by energy accumulators and cooling by fans. Cable TV with 150 channels - 32'' LCD (82 cm) and DVD player. Free Wi-Fi. Games and toys. Welcome drink: Porto wine is served at the reception and welcoming the guests. Guest access PORTO RIBEIRA MOMENTS apartment is a wholly owned space, guest have full access and the right to use all equipment, just as if they were at home. Porto Ribeira Moments is ideal for the following cases which, from previous experience, have been the main guests we have received: - Couples; - Families of 3, 4 or 5 people (father + mother + 1, 2 or 3 children); - Groups of 2 couples; - Groups of 3 or 4 friends; - People who, for cultural reasons, want to “live” the atmosphere of old Porto, as if they were authentic locals. Check-in is carried out in person by the host. Check-in between 16h00 and 19h00. Check-out till 11h00. Possibility of agreeing other times with a minimum additional cost of 25,00€.
