1930s residence in prime location! Beautiful house anno 1933 in the heart of the city, still nearby nature. You’ll have plenty of space and just few minutes walk to city center and main sights such as Scandinavium, Ullevi, Liseberg and Gothia Tower. We love it here and hope that you will enjoy it too. Please note, if you are a smoker - this is not the right house for you. The space One of the most central houses in Gothenburg. Walking distance from house to: Scandinavium: 600 m, Svenska mässan: 900 m Ullevi: 1 K Liseberg: 1 K Heden 1,1 K Götaplatsen: 1,3 Golf / Lake Delsjön: 3-4km. Other things to note Gothenburg is famous for its rather c##### weather :) I'll make sure to leave umbrellas. Please note that a cat has been living in the house.
