It contain gym and  top layer swimming pools. Many comfortable beach chairs are available in the lounge area. It's a good place to relax for a vacation. The space It's a full functional one bedroom unit with kitchen and balcony. Facilities included two air conditioner, LED TV, fridge, microwave, kettle, induction cooker, kitchen ventilator, queen size bed, sofa, coffee table,  wardrobe, kitchen wears, dining table and chairs. Hot water is available in bathroom. Guest access Free use of the garden pools and clubhouse is available to guests from 7:00 to 21:00. Other things to note Guest needs to pay 5,000 baht cash deposit when checking in. The deposit will be retured when checking out without any damage to the items in the room. Guests are required to pay utilities during their stay. prepaid THB400 cleaning fee is only for one-time cleaning service at check-out time. If they need daily cleaning service during their stay, they can contact the management office directly and pay them. We offer a special rate for the long term lease.
