Wood-beamed ceilings in each room, which is also equipped with safe-boxes and an Internet/Wi-Fi access, smart TV 4K led 55' (Netflix, Amazon, online app) and air conditioning/heating. No detail is overlooked to make your stay in Venice special. The FLAT is arranged on three floors: on the ground floor, there is a large comfortable and well equipped kitchen (there is no living room). on the first floor two double rooms (with two private bathrooms with showers) on the second floor two double rooms (with two private bathrooms and two splendid Jacuzzi bath tub). Guest access Price includes, 10% VAT, bottles of water, free city map and coffe/tea. The wi-fi is available for free. Price doesn't include the new "Tourist Tax": 4 euro, per person, per night.
