Here you will find a very bright, cozy and luxurious apartment in which I put a lot of time and energy to create a decoration to my taste: both colorful and original. Large T2 apartment (78 m²) located on the 6th floor of 7 with elevator, you will feel very comfortable and calm here! ^^ A private and secure parking space is reserved for guests traveling by car. The nearest metro is a 2-minute walk away (Line B - Marcel Langer station) The space The apartment is located on the 6th floor of 7. It is a through apartment and the living room enjoys exceptional brightness (being on the west side). It has an equipped kitchen (induction cooktop), oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, countertop, Monsieur Cuisine, dishwasher, coffee machine...). In the spacious living room, you can rest on the corner sofa (which is a 120 cm by 210 cm bed) in front of the large screen TV (189 cm/75 inches) and the ALEXA voice recognition service is offered. Board games are also available. On the bedroom side, you can enjoy a large room with savannah and African safari atmospheres. Nearby, a balcony overlooking the main street Saint Michel will allow you to get some air. Outside, under a canopy, a private parking space (number 2) is available (200 cm wide by 210 cm high). As a reminder, by booking a stay in LE PATCH WORK LOFT, you will live "with the host" (at my home, since it is my main residence); this is not a home exclusively dedicated to short-term rental. As a result, cleaning is done once a week, while for accommodation reserved exclusively for short-term rental, it is done almost every day (very often by a professional cleaning service). As a result, my accommodation has imperfections, but I always make it a point of honor to provide clean bed linen and towels to my guests, of course. Ultimately, there are two types of accommodation: 1 - the one where you live with the resident, in their main residence, 2 - the one exclusively reserved for short-term rentals, cleaner but more impersonal too. Guest access My apartment is a 2-minute walk from the metro line B (Marcel Langer station), a 10-minute walk from the tram located at Palais de Justice connecting with Blagnac airport. For those coming by car, a private and covered parking space will be reserved for you. Ideal for weekends with friends or to visit Toulouse. Bank, supermarkets, bakery, pizzeria at the foot of the building. Close to the Natural History Museum, Jardin des Plantes, stadium and Carmes district, you will have a pleasant vacation. Other things to note The apartment and its facilities are made to accommodate a maximum of 4 people as stated in the listing. No additional persons are allowed to be accommodated. Many shops are open during the day, from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m. in the neighborhood within a radius of 500 meters, including - Banks (Caisse d'Epargne, Banque Populaire, - La Poste - 1 Picard - 3 bakeries - Irish bars and pubs (l'Evasion, Biergarten, the Tower of London, the Black Lion etc...) - 1 Carrefour - 4 Carrefour Markets - 1 "Bio C'est bon" food store - Real Estate Agencies - Many kebab and pizzerias - French, Indian, African and Asian restaurants - 1 cinema (Le Cratère) - 1 Museum (Castelet, former prison) - Phone repairers - Video game store - Board game store - 2 Pharmacies - 1 McDonald's - Tea rooms From April to September 2025, major works will take place in the main street Saint Michel in order to leave more space for pedestrians and the two roads; the neighborhood will also be replanted with a view to more comfort for residents :-) These developments may have an impact on noise in the neighborhood, although occasional; we remind you that the accommodation is located on the 6th floor of 7 and has double glazed windows, letting very little noise pass inside.
