„Smėlynas Boutique & SPA“ apartment complex is an ideal place for escaping from the rush of a big city and enjoying a quiet and cozy rest with loved ones by the sea. The complex is located in the city center of Palanga. Just 5 minutes walk to the beach and the same distance to the centrally located main street of J. Basanavicius. Famous Palanga Musical Fountain is also found nearby. Other Palanga sights can be easily reached on foot or by bicycle. The space • 3rd floor (loft): two-room apartment with a total area of 19 m2 • View: to the courtyard and parking lot • Number of guests: 2 • Kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, inductive cooking surface, electric kettle, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots • TV, wireless Internet • Bathroom: shower, WC, hair dryer, towels • There is a seating area with outdoor furniture in the courtyard • Iron, ironing board, washing machine (in common areas) • Free parking • Sauna (depending on the availability – for additional fee) Guest access A place for storing bicycles has been installed in the yard for your convenience as well. Free parking (for one car). For the electric car drivers, we have special parking spaces with charging abilities. Kindly let us know in advance, if charge for electric car is required. Charging an electric car costs – 0,22 Eur/kWh. Other things to note Each additional guest is charged EUR 15 per night. Children sleeping in baby cot are staying free of charge. We accept your pets at an additional cost. For pets weighing up to 7 kg, the fee is 10 EUR per night, for pets over 7 kg – 15 EUR per night. Not included in the price - 1 EUR Palanga city tax (municipal fee) per person per day. Children under 18 are not charged. 2 hours in a private spa area costs EUR 29. Bathrobes (2 units for adults) and towels (2 units) extra EUR 5. Maximum number of guests using SPA at the same time is two adults and two children. Sauna can only be booked for guests staying in „Smėlynas Boutique & SPA“.
