The space About my apartment: My apartment, “Antique M3,” is a two level maisonette in Seminyak, Bali, located about a 600 meter walk from the beach. Designed around a resort antique concept, the space features white plaster walls, exposed brick and tile details, and high ceilings that allow light and air to flow naturally. All doors, furniture, and the terrace are made from antique wood, creating a consistent, timeworn character shaped by natural materials. The apartment offers approximately 80 square meters across two floors. It includes one bedroom with a king size bed (180 cm wide) and an open living area with a high ceiling that feels spacious and airy. Both floors are comfortably air conditioned. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bathtub, shower, and washbasin, and there is an additional separate toilet on the second floor, allowing guests to move through the space comfortably at their own pace. The kitchen is suitable for simple home cooking and is equipped with a two burner stove, sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, as well as basic cookware and tableware. An outdoor washing machine is available exclusively for this apartment. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to two adults, or a family of three including one child sharing the bed, and is well suited for solo travelers, couples, or friends looking for a calm and comfortable stay in Seminyak. In the surrounding area, there is a gentle sense of everyday local life. You may often be greeted with a friendly smile by people nearby, and if you need simple assistance, someone is usually close by. This relaxed atmosphere reflects the Balinese way of living alongside nature. Check in, check out, and housekeeping are arranged in coordination with a neighboring hotel, with housekeeping usually provided once every three days, except on Sundays. Guests may also enjoy access to selected facilities at the neighboring Artemis Hotel. The swimming pool is available free of charge. Breakfast service and massage treatments are available for an additional fee, with payment made directly on site. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire apartment. The bedroom, living area, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and terrace are all for your exclusive use. An outdoor washing machine located just outside the kitchen is also available exclusively for this apartment. Guests may also use selected facilities at the neighboring Artemis Villa. The swimming pool is available free of charge during opening hours. Breakfast service and Spa massage treatments are available for an additional fee, with payment and spa reservations made directly at Artemis Villa. Please keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 pm out of consideration for the neighborhood. • Bali has a tropical climate. As the apartment features open, airy spaces and antique wood materials, you may occasionally see small house geckos inside the apartment.
