The space The Villa Franca property, which includes the two apartments Casa Mary and Casa Ida, is a beautiful and particular villa built in the early '70s for the will of us owners to reunite the whole family in one house. Today the building still houses the apartment where I reside, on the first floor of the building. The entire property has been renovated and furnished by the Holistic Bio Architect Francesca Maria Spolverati, my daughter, according to her design philosophy that she called ARCHFMS Architecture Healthy, Emotional Design, Furniture Objects to obtain LACASASALUTARE (brand under registration). The Healthy Architecture for LACASASALUTARE is a holistic renovation concept according to which, not only do you definitively "heal" buildings with capillary climbing humidity, but also those that have other building pathologies (presence of radon gas, formaldehyde, volatile organic compounds, etc.) that would affect the health conditions of those who live in these sick spaces. For about 30 years, Architettura Salutare has been using systems related to bio-architecture, eco-sustainable construction, recycled furniture, and "indoor green", which help protect health even with the use of specific plants to purify the air we breathe, such as aloe vera barbadensis Miller, which is placed in all rooms of the house. The ARCHFMS offer is completed with Emotional Design, supported by the Ambient Therapy© protocol️, which can be the natural consequence of a renovation: with the test on the personal well-being code, I discover what are the colors, shapes, materials and plants of each individual, to create together a place called LACASASALUTARE, an environment of absolute psychophysical and emotional well-being, which generates and brings out the most beautiful emotions of a person, a home that takes care of you. My daughter is also passionate about craftsmanship and personally makes objects designed with the client based on energetic, emotional and sensory colors and peculiarities, typical of each person, thanks to the meeting with the Holistic sciences, the study of Sacred Geometry and Feng-Shui that allowed her to put the UOMO-BENESSERE at the center of the project, and to use these concepts in the design for the improvement of both residential and work spaces. The task I gave you in the renovation of my two apartments, which she wanted to call Casa Mary and Casa Ida, the names of grandmothers, was to create not only healthy spaces, but also environments and objects related to emotions and cognitive maps that the rooms must arouse in those who live there, optimizing them. The house, with an exclusive and fenced garden, consists of a living area equipped with TV and sofa bed, a large room with a four-door closet and a double bed, a full bathroom with a large glass shower. Guest access After conveniently parking your car in our free private parking lot, located on the road adjacent to the Villa at the first floor level, you will go down an external staircase to the private garden where the entrance to Casa Mary is located. Other things to note ATTENTION: during the winter, the heating is with cast iron radiators with a condominium gas boiler, but the room thermostat is independently managed and consumption will be calculated on the cubic meters actually consumed during the stay, as shown by the double meter reading during check-in and check-out.
