The space The newly refurbished one bedroom apartment is located in a quiet side wing on the 4th floor (elevator available) of a newly renovated Berlin typical ‘Altbau’ and has a light and airy feel accentuated by high ceilings as well as two big bay windows and access to a spacious terrace overlooking the leafy green backyard where you can enjoy late night drinks or your morning coffee. The bedroom/living room includes a comfortable king-size bed (quality mattress), sleeping comfortably two people and is decorated tastefully with a clean and minimal Scandinavian vintage style. Whether as a leisure or business traveler, the modern furnished apartment provides an ideal retreat after a busy day in Berlin. The decor of the apartment is a contemporary mix of modern and vintage furniture. The light-filled living room includes a large double bed, which is freshly made and prepared for your arrival. Opposite the bed is a large office table where you can do any work. Guest access During your stay, you'll have the whole apartment to yourself. Other things to note - No smoking inside the apartment - Energy saving: please turn down the heating and turn off the lights when you are not in the apartment - No parties - Be considerate of the neighborhood and don't be too loud (especially not on the terrace) - Please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it. Upon booking confirmation, we ask you to fill in an online check-in form as required by the 'Federal Registration Act' in Germany as well as an internet use agreement. We can only accommodate you if the forms are filled out and signed.
