Wide open fenced in front lawn with garage and tiled laundry area. Our Bathroom is big and fully furnished. Most of your neighbor surrounding our house are foreigners married to Filipina,mostly British , American &Japanese .We haven't rented this house since we left for Manila in 2005 for business reasons.Been maintained by our caretaker since .We can comfortably fit four guest but for special request we could host six the most. Guest access Our gated community has wide roads, secured main entrance by security guards and have roving guards all the time , you could avail of our community swimming pool and multi purpose hall for a decent fee and the basket ball court is free access in daylight . Other things to note Best place if you want provincial feel but very accessible to urban amenities. The seafood is cheap and fresh at the Cordova market and our kitchen is big enough to cook for a family of four . We offer affordable accommodation for a family on vacation to beach hop , seafood binges and just vacationers who wants some sun , beach and great experience in Cebu.
