Rüya Villa - Göcek, Fethiye with BIG GARDEN

This Location which is built in 2018 has already all the furniture which is needed to use as an accomodation. It brings a lot of european touches into a country which is oriental. There is a kitchen, and enough bathroom. You'll have a lot of space in every room. In a short walkway approx. 10-15 minutes your're at the Beach and the Shopping spots. There are three or more big Super Markets and a lot of boutiques. Very good dinings and a lot of known Hotels are close by. The space The House can be reached from the main entrance. You have different exits to get out like a door to the garden. In the mid of the house you'll have stairs to get to the second floor where you have 3 bed rooms, each of them has a bed and wardrobe. At the second floor you'll find two bathroom with toilet and a shower. The First floor includes a living room with TV as well Apple TV, a kitchen with all the electronics a kitchen needs. One bathroom with tub and toilet. a Bedroom with Kingsize bed with entrance to the garden. One small room with single bed and waredrobe. Chimney and a table for dining. You have a lot of natural light in the house because of the high windows. All the Furnitures in the rooms can be used. There is also a few personal stuff in the house which can be used as well. There is no pool - but there is a nice Beach or Private Beaches close by (10-15minutes) walking. There is surveillance on every edge of the house which is screened on the TV. TV has all the turkish channels to watch. The House is mine. so any questions and key handover will be done trough me and my family which lives in turkey. Guest access The only not permitted area in the house is the garage. Other things to note Chimney should not be used in the Summer days. Registration Details 48-8282
