Kotuku Studio

We live in a rural setting, with rolling hills and bush running down to a stream, living the dream. The space This space is a bedsit apartment, one room with kitchenette, dining, living and bedroom in the one large space. Downstairs is a small bathroom, with access to an exclusive washing machine in the garage. Other things to note We do have two dogs on the property, they are kept secure in a fenced area unless out on a supervised walk. They will probably bark when you first arrive but settle quickly. We have hybrid and electric car charging at a cost relative to power used.
