The bay window is facing east, so you can enjoy the sun during breakfast. The double bed is behind a wall that also serves as a room divider. Here is also the access to the bathroom. On this side is also the large balcony with seating. The 48 brick masonry keeps warm in winter and cools in summer. Only sustainable building materials and no dispersion paints were used.
