Cozy cottage with best location on a cape lake plot

Cottage with beach plot & lazy spa (May-September) There are exercise tracks both for running and skiing in Eksjö, for example an artificial snow trail. It is 10 meters to its own jetty. Wake up with lake view. Good fiber. Newly built bathroom including washing machine. Very well equipped newly renovated kitchen. Four-legged friends are welcome. Air heat pump and A/C. Load electric car ( with cost ). In Sweden you can drink tap water. The space There are 8 - 10 beds divided into 3 bedrooms and a guest house. In the cabin 180x200 cm, sofa bed 140x200 cm, 1 90 cm bed and 1 120 cm bed. The double beds have a full mattress topper. Duvet and pillow are available for all sleeping places. Bring your own bed sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and towel. In the guest house there is 180x200 cm bed. This cottage is not preheated but has elements. There is also an extra bed. For baby/toddler there is travel cot, high chair, bath tub and potty. Smart TV 50" in the living room & a party cooler. In the guest room with sofa bed, there is a smart TV 32". Dog friendly. Good walk and run around the lake about 4 km. Rowing boat and various life jackets available. Boat available until Nov 1st. Fishing is not allowed. Guest access Park in the yard, charge your electric car (for a surcharge and notification to us to open the charging post) and borrow our bikes. Approx. 10 minutes cycling to Eksjö city center. In winter, we cannot guarantee that snow removal has been carried out. Equipment for this is available. Other things to note There is a Burger King near the cottage. Eksjö, Nässjö & Vetlanda are known for great golfing. Proximity to Astrid Lindgren's World. In winter, you can advantageously go to Skidstugan in Eksjö. You finish cleaning yourself.
