The space PROPERTY DETAILS For your health and protection, all cleaning has been done in line with World Health Organisation guidelines. We have supplied beach towels, paper towels, hand sanitiser, tissues, and hand soap, plus all surfaces have been cleaned with anti-bacterial disinfectant. This beautiful apartment is located in a modern building directly opposite parkland, with the beach just beyond. As seen in the photos, this is a stylishly decorated apartment that is also relaxing and perfect for your holiday. AIR CONDITIONING The unit is fully air-conditioned, including the lounge, dining area, and both bedrooms. Additionally, ceiling fans are installed in these rooms to ensure your comfort. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS We have two bedrooms: Master Bedroom: Queen bed with an extra-large mattress (super comfortable). Bedroom 2: 2 single beds. There are two bathrooms: Master Ensuite: Attached to the master bedroom. Main Bathroom: Shared by the second bedroom and guests. KITCHEN & LAUNDRY The kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, dishes, trays, and other cooking implements. We also provide a brand new washing machine and dryer, as well as an external clothes horse if needed. LINEN & AMENITIES We provide high-quality linen, including bath towels, beach towels, bath mats, and tea towels. To keep cleaning costs low, we supply: Tea, coffee, and milk 3-in-1 body wash and shampoo 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies such as sugar, laundry detergent, tissues, and paper towels. OUTDOOR AREA & POOL The apartment has a patio with a small table, 4 chairs, and a BBQ for your use. You are welcome to use the herb garden in the patio area for cooking or dining. The complex features a swimming pool, just a short distance from the apartment. You’re spoiled for choice with the pool, beach, or river, all close by to cool off on a hot day. LOCATION Cotton Tree is renowned for its fantastic location, offering: Close proximity to the beach, river, cafes, restaurants, and the Sunshine Coast's largest shopping centre (Sunshine Plaza). PARKING & ACCESS Secure basement parking (2.2-meter clearance) is provided for one vehicle during your stay. Additional parking is available on the street directly in front of the building. CHECK-IN & ACCESS Check-in is easy with a key safe at the entry to the property. You will be sent an entry code after booking.
