The entire estate will be reserved for you. You can stay close to art and culture. You'll love it for these reasons: the views, the location, the atmosphere, and the outdoor spaces. It is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with children, large groups of people, all also accompanied by their furry friends (pets). The space Everything is thoughtfully decorated. The common areas are spacious and equipped with large windows overlooking the hills. The rooms are also spacious and 5 out of 6 have a private bathroom. Guest access Guests will have access to all the rooms, including two large common lounges, the kitchen and all the outdoor spaces (porch, courtyard, back garden, etc.). Only some rooms used exclusively by the property (ground floor studio, bedrooms, technical rooms) will not be accessible. Other things to note In the kitchen you will have a large refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, microwave and all the necessary accessories and dishes. An integral part of the kitchen furniture is a cat that sleeps on a closet and enters and exits its private window. The entire estate is surrounded by acres of land, which you can explore during your walks. The animals on the estate, dogs, cats and horses, are fully part of country life. Events and parties are allowed, only if agreed with the host: it is strictly forbidden to organize parties with audio systems, consoles and lights without first requesting permission (if permission is given, there will be an additional cost compared to the overnight stay only and there will be an obligation to pay the S.I.A.E. Italian Society of Authors and Publishers), failure to comply of this rule will result in a fine equal to the deposit paid and the suspension of the rent of the house. The hours for listening to music are limited to midnight, managing the volume of the music in respect of the owners who live in the house and in respect of the houses nearby. If the house is isolated in the hills, it does not mean that there is full freedom to do what you want. Guests are required to leave the house in the same order in which it was found. Otherwise, penalties will be applied based on the state of release (from €100 to €1000). At check-in, you will be given a manual for the correct use of the house, which must be read and signed. At check-out, a detailed tour will be made to check the condition of the house, in case of damage we will act accordingly.
