This family home has an amazing view of Pentwater Lake! We offer 66 ft of lake frontage with a dock for your private use. Full access to Lake MI for fishing and other sports and can accommodate up to 12 guests at a time. The space The main floor has a great room with beautiful floor to ceiling sliding doors that look out over Pentwater Lake. Large kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances guests might need to prepare meals for the group and there is a polished hardwood dining table in the main room and dining room with views of the lake. The living room is furnished with cozy sofas and armchairs and a fireplace with tv in corner that has DVD player, ideal for watching movies at night after spending the day out on the lake. The master bedroom is furnished with a spacious queen size bed and has a full bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The second floor also has 3 other bedrooms. One is furnished with a full size bed and has two others with twin beds. Each with a shared full bathroom between them. The main floor has a bedroom with full size bed and there is a full bath on main floor as well. We also offer a queen size air mattress in the front entry closet for additional sleeping arrangements. Guests will also enjoy a beautiful 3 season room with sofa and chairs to watch the sunrise or you can sit on the deck with large patio table and chairs with gas grill and enjoy a BBQ. The Lindy Lou facilities include a fully equipped kitchen and living room, 3 season room and 5 bedrooms. Guests will have a washer and dryer and WIFI. We also supply some beach chairs, toys and games. Family room has a wet bar and gas fireplace for you to enjoy. Outside, guests will find a furnished private deck with a gas grill, a dock to park you boat or jetski and a firepit with Adirondack chairs to relax in. We are 5 doors down from the public boat launch and are pet friendly. Nearby activities and attractions: Pentwater and Mears State Park, ice cream shops downtown Pentwater, unique gift shops, restaurants and channel pier, fishing, boating, wine tasting, art galleries, Pentwater Yacht Club, tennis courts, Thursday evening concerts on the green. A short drive to Ludington State Park, check out the parks visitor center for movies, critters and fun, hiking and biking and Amber Elk Farm. Also, a short drive to Country Dairy tours, Hart Montague rail trail, Farm Market with petting zoo and Orchards, Michigan Adventure and Water Park. A few minutes drive to Silver Lake and Sand Dunes, dune rides, go carts, jet ski rentals, mini golf, golf courses, Lake Michigan Beach. Check Silver Lake and Ludington Chamber of Commerce for for activites. Other things to note Linens are not provided. You will need sheets and pillowcases for: 1 Queen, 2 Full, 4 twin, as well kitchen and bathroom towels and washcloths. (linens can be provided as guest option for additional fee of $210, please request if desired).
