The space The flat is on the second floor of the building which does not have an elevator and is made up of a well-equipped kitchen and living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment can house up to four adults and is ideal for a couple, a family or a group of friends. Facilities: Free WIFI internet, TV with Netflix, air conditioning, sheets and towels, a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine and dryer, an iron and ironing board and amenities giftset. For your safety in the apartment, there is as well a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher. Following the COVID 19 emergency, the cleaning of the apartment follows all the hygiene protocol standards set by the AntiCovid regulations, with disinfectants with 70% alcohol content. In addition, the apartment will be sterilized through a complete cleaning with a steam cleaner and sanitized with an ozone generator to ensure the purification of all pollutants present in the air, in the air conditioning systems, and in the relative ventilation channels. If you arrive by car there is paid garage close to the apartment. The cost is starting from 25€ per full day depending on the car size.
