It is a private room set in the garden of the house, You will be using a separate entrance and your own/private space. We are living in the house and we have 2 kids(15 and 11 years ) please no noise. you can access the room from a private door of the garden through the alleyway to the street. it is a good size room . it has its private shower, toilet and you are not sharing with anyone. There is microwave and kettle to make tea and coffee but no cooking.
