The space The house, recently renovated and open since July 10, 2020, offers a spacious and bright living room as well as comfortable rooms overlooking the balcony. Indoor spaces - Fully equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, induction cooktop, fridge, freezer, complete dishes and utensils. - Large, very bright living room, opening onto a balcony with stunning views. - 5 spacious bedrooms with double beds (140 cm). One also has a bunk bed (90 cm). - Two bedrooms come with a crib. - A mezzanine bedroom with 3 single beds (90 cm). - 3 bathrooms with shower. - 4 separate toilets. Baby equipment available: changing table, bathtub, high chair, etc. Exteriors - Located on the edge of the forest, the house enjoys a quiet environment while being close to the city center. - Terraces equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, swing and slide. - Balcony on the first floor with stunning views. - Land adjoining the house, ideal for enjoying the beautiful days. Possibility to observe the local fauna, often visible around the cottage. Guest access This cottage is spread over two floors. The first floor has a balcony with breathtaking views! A plot adjoining the house is also available for guest use with a terrace, 2 garden lounges, barbecue etc... Close to the forest, it is a quiet place. It is not uncommon for wild animals to approach the house. Other things to note Policies: Check-in and check-out times at your convenience, subject to availability. No pets allowed Our cottage is in free management. We ask that you bring your top sheets, bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, dish linens. Nevertheless, we offer a bed linen and towels package on request, it amounts to 13 euros/person. Cleaning at the end of the stay is mandatory. Cleaning products, dish soap and equipment are at your disposal. Nevertheless, if you do not wish to clean, we offer a cleaning fee of 100 euros.
