The Servannaise stopover

Spacious and warm apartment, located in the heart of Saint Servan, a neighborhood rich in history that houses the ancient Gallo-Roman city of Aleth. The Servannaise stopover offers a large living room, an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom, all in an atmosphere that we wanted to be cozy. The space The Servannaise stopover is ideally located, you will be close to: the beach and the port of Bas Sablons (150 meters), the ferry terminal (700 meters), the site of the Solidor Tower and the Cité d'Aleth (800 meters). And, after a short fifteen-minute walk, you will find yourself at the foot of the ramparts at Intra Muros. For any further travel, a bus stop is located at the bottom of the building. The apartment is configured in such a way that it is possible to accommodate our guests in different ways. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed, one bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed in the living room that can accommodate two more people. Guest access The apartment is located in the center of Saint Servan, at Place Bouvet (market and theater square), opposite the town hall and the municipal library. The front door of the building is located after the "La Mie Câline" bakery when you come from Place Bouvet. It's a big beige door.
