The apartment is located in Torre S. Giovanni, one of the most beautiful marinas in Salento with dream beaches and a sea in the colors of the rainbow. It is located in a well-served area: in the immediate vicinity there are shops, bars, restaurants, pizzerias that can also be reached on foot. It is about 80 meters from the cliff, about 450 meters from a small beach and about 1 km from the large shores with both free and equipped beaches, where we have a plot of land on which you can park and access the beach directly. The space The apartment, which boasts a picturesque sea view, consists of a large living room with an adjoining kitchenette, 3 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom (in which a bunk bed can also be added) and 2 bedrooms with single beds (which, if necessary, can become 2 double bedrooms). 2 bathrooms with shower (one inside and a small outdoor bathroom in the back), a front veranda, an outdoor space in the back and a small fenced garden in the back. IN ADDITION, I OFFER MY GUESTS THE POSSIBILITY OF PARKING FOR FREE ON A PRIVATE LOT OF MY PROPERTY (about 1 km from the apartment), LOCATED IMMEDIATELY BEHIND ONE OF THE LARGEST SANDY BEACHES, WHICH WILL ALLOW YOU TO HAVE DIRECT ACCESS TO ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL WHITE BEACHES OF SALENTO BECAUSE THE LOT PRACTICALLY BORDERS THE DUNES OF THE SANDY BEACH. NB: linen (sheets and towels) is not included in the price but can be provided upon explicit request at an additional cost, payable also upon arrival).
