With it's own parking space. We do supply bath or hand towels, Beds will be made for you. The on site reception is open each day until 5pm Tokens for on site there is a launderette and drying area, can be purchased from on site reception. It's the perfect location to get to see West Cornwall at its best. Walk down river to St Erth then take the coastal train to St Ives, Great coastal walks, stunning views, fantastic eating places. Guest access You have entire use of our holiday home and outside decking area and BBQ. To access the park home their is a Key safe pad Boiler is in first cupboard as you walk, how to use instructions are on the Boiler. one box on decking as bbq, and seat cushions for the decking rattan chairs. Boxes 2 & 3 at back of holiday home have beach chairs, beach toys, and easy chairs. Please Make sure the keys are put back in correct place Other things to note Park Rules No Smoking In the Park Home If you have dogs staying with you please do not allow them the sleep on the beds In the interest of the parks security, we ask that you must sign in on arrival at reception, If the office is closed when you arrive please go to reception next day.  Radio, television and general noise after 10pm and before 9am must be kept to a minimum However during the school holidays, with more children on the park, peace and quiet are not always possible.  We accept bicycles on the park but remind you of the dangers of vehicles and people moving around at all times, please do not let your children race around the park. The hill from the top of the park is Out Of Bounds to Bikes, Blades, Boards and SCOOTERS. The park speed limit is 10mph.  Washing lines are not permitted. Please use the drying area by the laundry room or use the airers provided in the caravans.  Do not leave bags of refuse outside your unit. Please use the recycling bins provided near the telephone box and opposite the toilet block as the wildlife delight in ripping them open for food scraps. Please do not feed the wildlife “human” food.  Please report any damage or repairs needed to Jacqui or Bernard  If you order a home delivery whilst you are here, please ensure that you arrange to meet them at the site reception. All bins and fridges to be emptied and rubbish disposed of in the Park bins. Please do not leave dirty washing up. If you intend to leave before 8am, please consider those around you and keep noise to a minimum.
