Charming studio located at the foot of the slopes of the ski area "Les Portes du Soleil". Ideal for a stay with friends, couples or families. Ability to accommodate up to 4 people. Our studio has been set up for everyone's comfort: bathroom, fitted kitchenette, dining table, terrace with exceptional views of Mont Chéry, the resort and the slopes. The center is within walking distance or taking the free shuttle. It's simple, down, put on, and ski! The space Charming little studio ideally located at the foot of the slopes with a view overlooking the center, the slopes and Mount Chéry. Small, comfortably furnished 19 m2 studio for 2 people so that you can have a good stay with us, with friends, as a couple or with family! Ability to accommodate up to 4 people but you will be tighter:) The layout is as follows: - a living room with beautiful brightness (dining table, 4 chairs, TV, sofa bed, access to the terrace) - to sleep: lower the 140 cm bed and a 140 cm sofa bed (be careful, hold the bed when lowering it and put the footrest of the bed in place). The couch is brand new. Linens are not provided on site, please remember to bring your own. - a fully furnished kitchen area with dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee maker, toaster as well as all cooking utensils (bring tea towels and napkins). - a bathroom with shower, a large sink, a hanging rack and a toilet (provide bath towels and shower gel). - balcony furnished with a small table and above all a breathtaking view of Mont Chéry. - no ski room but you can put your skis to dry on the balcony in the evening or at noon outside in front of the pool (not in the hallway). - Pool for summer. - tennis court. - free parking outside. - Garbage room at the entrance of the residence outside (dispose of the garbage before your departure from the premises) - direct access to the slopes, ski lift that drops you off in front of the apartment. Possibility to do your shopping by ski. The center is nearby where you will find many restaurants and bars, groceries, rent your equipment (for equipment rental, contact us for discount) as well as many activities available throughout the year. Only 150m from the apartment on the road to Gibannaz a free shuttle is available to take you to the center. Possibility to walk down by road or by the gum ball track in tobogganing or walking. ESF ski school located at the bottom right of the gum ball slope. The cleaning must be done before you leave otherwise an extra can be requested of €100. Don't forget your sheets, towels, and tea towels. Attention: Do not put clothes or anything else to dry on the heater. Fire hazard. Come and enjoy the many activities that the village of Les Gêts offers you! Downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, hiking in the mountains, mountain biking, paragliding... in both winter and summer it's a nice place to rest or entertain. Animals are unfortunately not allowed in our home due to bad experiences. See you soon at our place, to come and enjoy and have fun on the slopes of the Gates of the Sun Ski Area! Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. Other things to note Good deal: we have negotiated a partnership for you with a ski shop in the resort (-30% on the entire store if you don't have your equipment).
