Brenton-on-Sea is a safe neighbourhood where you will often encounter bushbuck roaming freely. The apartment does not have sea views but expansive sea views can be enjoyed from many viewpoints, including Fisherman's Walk, an easy walk along the clifftop, which is accessed via a pathway almost immediately behind the property. Brenton Bushbuck Lookout is a short walk from Brenton Blue Flag Beach and the Butterfly Blu restaurant overlooking the 5km stretch of pristine beach to Buffalo Bay. The space The apartment is on the ground floor, below the owners' living space and consists of two en-suite bedrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchenette, with a full-sized, ceramic-topped, stove with oven, a fridge/freezer, induction plate, microwave, air fryer, Espresto coffee pod machine, plunger coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The kitchen also has an automatic washing machine/dryer combination for your use. The unit has an open plan lounge/dining room, with a 49" flat-screen TV with premium DSTV package available. The master bedroom is spacious and has a king-sized bed, with a free-standing bath in the room and a separate bathroom, consisting of a shower, wash basin, and toilet. The second bedroom is smaller and has a double bed and a separate en-suite bathroom, also consisting of a shower, wash basin, and toilet. Both bedrooms have built-in cupboards and are equipped with hair dryers Should you be travelling with an infant or a toddler, there is a traveller's crib for your use. The dining area has a 6-seater table. The patio, which overlooks the garden and leads off the lounge area, through double French doors, has comfortable quality wooden furniture with seating for six and a Weber charcoal braai (barbeque). Extra seating for guests is available by using the dining room chairs or robust indoor/outdoor armchairs from the bedrooms. You will frequently see Bushbuck peacefully feeding in the garden. Brenton Bushbuck Lookout offers off-street parking in the driveway. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment consisting of lounge and dining area, two bedrooms, patio charcoal (Weber) braai (BBQ) facilities, garden and access to the clifftop behind the property. Other things to note We have five indoor/outdoor adult cats and a talkative African Grey parrot. The cats generally avoid visitors. The African Grey lives on the owners' deck upstairs and can be very entertaining from early morning. Cellphone reception inside the apartment is very limited but Wifi is good, so data-based communication such as Whats App, Face Time, or private messenger calls, is recommended. Cellphone reception outside the apartment, in the garden, is however good.
