This is my regular home which I am only letting out during school holiday times when we are visiting family. Please do expect my personal belongings within the property. My home is in a new build quiet area, with a visitor car space. You will have use of a fully equipped kitchen. It is a modern, clean and maintained maisonette. Train station is 15’ on foot, it takes 35’ to reach London Bridge. Town centre is also 15’ away on foot. Bus stop nearby for Bluewater shopping centre / Dartford. The space You will have use of the whole property including the garden. There is one main bedroom with a double bed, my daughter’s room which will only be used in case a child is with you, kitchen, bathroom and living room with a sofa bed. Other things to note If you have a young child, there is a child bed available. No shoes in the property! No drinking or eating in the bedrooms! No loud music after 10pm! No smoking as there are smoke detectors within the property!
