The house is set up to take full advantage of the magnificent view of the city and Table Mountain. The house is walking distance from shops and restaurants in a friendly neighbourhood. The house is very safe and secure with an alarm and an electric fence system. The space Set on the slopes of Devil’s Peak in the City Bowl in Cape Town is this beautiful house with wrap-around views of Table Mountain, Lion’s Head, the city and harbour. Within walking distance of the city centre, there are shops and restaurants 5 minutes walk from the house. The house is beautifully furnished and has the most exquisite uninterrupted 360 degree views on the city. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, spacious open plan kitchen with 8 seater dining table. The dining room and lounge lead directly onto a stunning deck of which on both sides, the French doors can be opened up to make the entire top level one big open, “almost outdoors” space. Moreover, set on 3 levels, the house has 3 bedrooms, all with on suite bathrooms. 2 of which have a bath and a shower, one bedroom only has a shower. The ground floor is the 3rd bedroom. The 1st floor has the other 2 bedrooms that open onto the small back garden and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. There is also the study on this level with a lower deck and the general toilet. The top floor is the living area that has a big deck with amazing views, perfect for sitting in the sun, having sundowners and is also fantastic for an evening braai with the bright city lights as your backdrop. The living area also has DSTV. There is off street parking for 2 cars. The house is very secure with an alarm and sturdy burglar bars on the ground level. Other things to note During peak season, I am strict on cancellations. During off-peak I can possibly more flexible regarding the cancellation policy. But with the current COVID situation we are very flexible with all the uncertainty.
