The space Located in downtown city centre with all main attractions within walking distance. Brand new apartment, fully equipped and comfortable. 5 minutes walking distance to Trindade metro station. Free Wifi is available on all areas of the apartment. Towels and bed Linen are provided for your stay. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property Other things to note This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.  There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
